I will spend 4 days in Istanbul and I will be hosted by a co-worker of my father. The luxury of being hosted by a local!
July 2nd
Flight from Istanbul to Larnaca, Cyprus (via Athens).
The itinerary in Cyprus will be kindly offered by the Italian Cyprus Tourism Board as follows:

Jul 2nd to 4th – Kosmas House, Skarinou Village (farm holiday, self catering)
Jul 4th to 6th – The Mill Hotel, Kakopetria (farm holiday, half board)
Jul 6th to 7th – Natura Beach Hotel, Polis (beach resort, half board)
Jul 7th to 9th – TBD
Other
Jul 4th – Lefkosia (Nicosia) tour with an Italian speaking guide
Jul 8th – Pafos tour with an Italian speaking guide
Transportation
I am very excited to announce that I will have a road trip in Cyprus thanks to a car kindly offered by Carrentals.co.uk – I love driving and I can’t wait to pick up my car and start exploring the island! I will be sharing tips and thoughts about this experience.
July 9th
Flight to Amman and stay at the Jordan Tower Hotel.
July 11th
Departure to Petra and visit to the site.
July 12th
Another day in Petra.
July 13th
Wadi Rum jeep trip and overnight camping kindly offered by the Jordan Tourism Board.
July 14th
Aqaba and hopefully border cross to Israel.
July 15th to 20-something
I will be in Israel but the itinerary is TBD. I am planning to visit the Negev Desert, the Dead Sea, Jerusalem, and have some day trips to the Palestinian Territories.
July 20-something
Eilat, Israel – border crossing to Egypt. I will probably stay in Dahab or Nuweiba for a few days before heading to Cairo. I plan to arrive in Cairo by the end of July.
